Unfortunately our Finland trip was cut short by a mechanical failure but luckily we managed to see a large part of what we had planned

-Helsinki has a lot on offer with the busy harbor, the Jugendstil Central Railway Station, the Senate Square with
the huge Helsinki Cathedral and the Uspenski Orthodox Cathedral that sports a large and colorful iconostasis inside.
-Porvoo
is a well preserved medieval town with the Borgå domkyrka at its center.
-Naantali is a popular tourist destination on
the southwest coast, nearby is the summer residence of the Finnish president.
-Under Swedish rule Turku was Finland's most
important town and de-facto capital.
The Turku Cathedral and Turku Castle are major sights. A real gem is the Market Hall.
