the Konigsstuhl in the Jasmund National Park
these windmills are real, not in your mind
out of the wind it is nice
leaving the Trelleborg harbor
entering Rügen
Kap Ankona
the ferry from Trelleborg to Stassnitz on Rügen
The ferry from Trelleborg to Sassnitz
crosses in less than 4 hours the Baltic Sea from Sweden's southern shores to Rügen, Germany's largest island.

On sunny days the last part of the crossing is a treat because it offers nice views of the white cliffs of Rügen's eastcoast.

The first sight is of Kap Anona and then the ferry sails along the coast so you have an up-close view of Jasmund National Park with as highlight the imposing cliffs of the Königsstuhl.

We took the ferry on a sunny day in September 2015 and enjoyed the view..
