after an excursion the zodiacs are hoisted on board and the Xpedition sails to the next spot on the itinerary
excursions to the islands are done in zodiacs. Life vests are mandatory
Celebrity Xpedition

To see the Galapagos Islands, you need a boat to move around. There are many tour operators and their vessels range from small, basic sailing boats to luxury cruise ships.

The Celebrity Xpedition has a capacity for 96 passengers and 68 crew and is one of the largest and certainly one of the most luxurious offers in the market.  Zodiacs carry you to and from the beaches and harbors
.
Excursions, food, drinks and tips are all included in the package.
Service is excellent, the food pretty good and the guides are friendly and very knowledgeable.

In May 2009 we spend a week aboard the Celebrity Xpedition to explore the islands.
